The silicon carbide rings, bearings, bushings have the advantages of excellent thermal conductivity, self-lubricity, low thermal expansion. It can be widely used in the petroleum, chemical, food, machinery and motors industries. The friction between silicon carbide and carbon graphite is the least; so it is widely used as mechanical seals.
